"So...... firstly we would like to say a very big thank you to all of our customers for helping to make 2011 another great season!

We are in the midst of readying ourselves for the upcoming summer and have already started taking bookings for summer 2012!

Last year we were lucky enough to have two very well qualified coaches join the Jersey Surf School family and I can happily say that they will both be joining us again this summer. George Solh, our excellent head coach, who splits his time between Costa Rica and the UK, brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team, which he helped pass on to our students and in particular, to our Junior Development Programme surfers. He also served as Team Jersey's technical coach in the build up to the European championships as well as taking on the role of head judge for all local surf competitions. Alice McGregor, a multiple national ladies champion from South Africa was a fantastic addition to the team. She proved her coaching value and surfing abilities by representing Jersey at The European surfing championships in Ireland last year, achieving great success in reaching the ladies semi finals.

In line with our objective to provide our customers with the best coaching experience possible, we are continuously evaluating our service and updating our equipment. We are currently in the process of developing our new website which should be completed by March, and which we hope will improve our booking service and help us to keep you, our customers, more informed regarding lesson times and any events we'll be running throughout the year. We are already taking bookings for Summer Camp, Mini-Summer Camp, Junior Program and Birthday parties, so to ensure that your child gets the dates and courses best suited to your summer plans, it would be advisable to contact us as soon as possible.
